Booking FAQ

Everything you need to know before booking a Pop-Up Mementos craft bar for your event.

How does booking work?

Message us on Facebook or Instagram (@popupmementos), or email popup.mementos@gmail.com, with your event date, guest count, and which craft bar(s) you're interested in. We'll send you a package quote, and once your 50% deposit is received, we'll email you a service agreement confirming your booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee your date and give us time to prep materials — especially for weekends and peak season (December, school breaks). Have a rush event? Message us anyway — we'll try to accommodate where we can.

What's the minimum guest count?

Most craft bars are built around pax tiers starting at 25–50 guests, with our Seated Crafting packages starting at a 10-guest minimum. Check the individual product page for the exact pax options and pricing for each activity.

What's included in a package?

Each package includes materials for your guest count, an on-site host/crafter to run the station, setup and breakdown, custom packaging for each guest's finished item, and claim stubs so guests can pick up their piece. Exact inclusions and any add-ons vary by activity — see the product page for details, or ask us when you inquire.

How do payments and deposits work?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due on the event day. You can pay directly on our website by credit card, or message us on Facebook or Instagram (@popupmementos) to arrange your deposit.

Do you travel outside Metro Manila?

We're based in Quezon City and travel within Metro Manila at no extra charge. We also travel to nearby cities outside Metro Manila for a specified transport fee — message us your event location for a quote.

Can we customize the theme or colors?

Yes — several of our bars (like the Adopt-a-Plushie Charm Bar) offer theme options such as Safari, Sanrio, Under the Sea, and Tropical. Let us know your event theme when you inquire and we'll match what we can.

What if our guest count is between package tiers, or over 100?

No problem — message us your exact headcount and we'll put together a custom quote.

What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule your event for a ₱1,000 rescheduling fee, subject to our availability on the new date. Once your deposit is received, we'll email you a service agreement confirming the details of your booking.
